I'd buy one just so I could feel justified putting that sick livery on my car.

Legendary Japanese tuning house HKS has started offering fully built, race-specification engines. Prices haven’t been released as of yet, but if their catalog is anything to go by, they won't be cheap.
So far, HKS will build a Subaru FA20 (Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ) as well as two variations of Nissan’s RB26DETT (R32, R33 and R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R) and VR38DETT (R35 Nissan GT-R). If money were no object, would you buy an engine built for you, or would you rather build it yourself?
Read the release below:
HKS COMPLETE ENGINES
Deep pockets required. If I could afford it, why on earth would I do it myself??? Building an engine is fun, but I'm nowhere qualified as HKS.

You were not kidding! $22k in the US for the step 1 FA20 block!
$22k for oil jets and a mild stroker kit!
In reply to AlcantaraFTW :
The numbers I've seen thrown around for the stroked RB26 are on the order of $40k+.
If money were no object I'd absolutely throw down on an HKS engine simply for nostalgia reasons.
Since it isn't I'd probably have to be convinced by data other than the name.
