Is an 85% change a good thing? Well, it depends on the context.
Someone drank 85% of your soda while you weren’t looking? Not so good. An 85% increase in autocross participation at Lime Rock Park? Very much a good thing–record-setting, even:
“Following an 85% increase in autocross participants last year,” the press release explains, “the iconic Connecticut motorsport venue has boosted its offerings by 20% in 2025, giving more drivers the opportunity to experience high-performance driving on the recently repaved and expanded FCP Euro Proving Grounds.”
The expanded 2025 schedule includes multiple different programs for drivers of all skill levels.
Autocross Lapping Days is an hour-long session that welcomes both individuals and groups to drive their own cars at speed with minimal investment. One of Lime Rock’s most popular programs, the new schedule features 44 dates and 52 sessions.
Track Tapas offers a two-hour session that lets participants drive the FCP Euro Proving Grounds and the 1.5-mile road course while receiving guidance from professional coaches. For 2025, there are 18 scheduled dates.
Advanced Driver Coaching is a half-day program designed to refine driving skills through structured exercises. This year’s schedule includes three select dates.
Likewise, 2025 will feature three Test & Tune dates for licensed racing drivers with race-prepped cars.
But wait, there’s more: the top 30 times from the Autocross Lapping Days program will be invited to compete in the championship-style Autocross Invitational Shootout on October 11.
Here’s the full schedule:
