Sure, this Lotus may look like an Elise with some stripes, but it's more than that.
Called the Lotus Sport Elise, only 50 were built, all of which were sold here in the U.S.(It’s not often we get a special model that Europe and Japan don't.) All models were finished in Saffron Yellow with silver stripes and equipped with some exclusive features, like adjustable Öhlins dampers and stainless brake lines.
Power remains the same as in the standard Elise—190 from the Toyota-sourced, 1.8-liter, four-cylinder engine—though the focus here seems to be handling, not flat-out speed.

I just bought an Elise SC (supercharged). There are not words to express the joy of driving this car. Plenty of power and F1 handling. If you are one that likes ease of entry and exit, or creature comforts, you will have to look elsewhere, but for a pure driving experience, it is a GEM.
