Had to look this one up because I have never heard of a "Panhard Dyna Z." It's French. Yep. That's it.
Take the body from a Panhard Dyna Z, mix it together with a Subaru EJ22 engine and subframes from a Miata, and you get this unique project for sale from nocones–builder of the famed LMP360.
The end goal for this Panhard Dyna Z project was to fit the body over a ladder-style frame that would support subframes from an NB Miata, then send power from the EJ22 to the rear wheels.
Two EJ22 engines are included in the sale, as are uprated brakes, an aftermarket front sway bar, Bilstein adjustable coil-overs, wiring for the engines and an ECU of “unknown quality.”
Located in central Illinois, this Panhard Dyna Z project is listed at a firm $2000.
