Putting a V8 into an aging sports car chassis is nothing new. In fact, we’re working on our own V8-swapped Nissan 350Z. With V8 swaps being relatively common, there are many projects out there that may not be built to the highest level. Forum member mccrimmon’s E36-chassis BMW M3 is not one of those botched projects. The fabrication it took to fit the V8 into the car is extremely well done and the build thread is full of photos of the progress.
