1987 Shelby CSX

Number 106 of 750 built in 1987. The first car I ever bought. Undergoing restoration at the moment. Spirit R/T suspension and brakes installed. Braided stainless steel brake lines. Koni shocks/struts. BSA Racing 15x7 wheels with 205/50 Kumho V700’s. 2.5” mandrel bent exhaust. Newly re-cored radiator. I’ve added a full length center console and of course, a 5-panel wink mirror. :) In-car footage! http://www.youtube.com/user/swedeis Finished 2nd in STS Points for the year!

The CSXs are surprisingly popular here in Portland, I've probably seen a dozen in the couple of years I've been out here.

Looks nice, much better than the bondo covered ex show room stock car that was for sale for a couple of years near where i live. lol

Those things are fun. 87 was my favorite year for that platform, and of course CSX was top of the heap.

I just sold my 1993 Plymouth Duster that had an '88 Turbo II swapped into it. I miss it already. :-(
