This is what happens when clutch parts are defective! The facing on the pressure plate side of the disc came off in nearly one solid piece. There’s no abnormal wear, no burning, no nothing. It literally just fell apart. I sent it back to the manufacturer and they approved the warranty as an obvious manufacturing defect. Freaky!
