2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (P71)

I needed something bigger and newer, and a P71 seemed the cheapest way to get that. I’ve never done the V8 American muscle thing before - this is a wild departure from the small FWD cars and fleet of Miatas I’ve had. Originally an Ashland, NH “low profile cruiser,” it’s been through two other owners on the way to me who have taken great care of it. The only performance mod so far is a pair of Flowmaster mufflers that give it a nice rumble that isn’t too loud. Planned mods include nothing more than an air filter and installing a CD player and my ham radios. That isn’t to say I won’t play with it, though - it’ll see some autocross and hopefully some track use from time to time.
