Nope, had I seen you could pick one up for 6800 I wouldn't have even considered it. All in the ATL area I can find are in the 10-12k range that I have found.

$1500 for a straight body newer car with a E36 M3ted out transmission. Screw spending $6000 for a rebuilt trans, this is a candidate for a one off swap for someone with fab skillz.
Sell the engine and go berkeleying crazy with ideas of swaps.
My first thought: RWD conversion.
