I have an ex IT7 RX7 that I would like to sale. It has a full roll cage, but will need additional door bars to be legal for current IT7. It has a Kirkey seat, but the cover does not look like the right one. The body is solid with no rust, but needs painting. It has the Racing Beat space ship air breather with a K&N filter. It has a new Racing Beat header and exhaust. It has Tokico adjustable shocks all around, with what looks like Ground Control springs. It has adjustable camber plates on the front. Disk brakes all around. The tires on it are shot, but I have a set of Yokohama 206/60 R13 off of a SRF that looks to maybe have one heat cycle on them. The spares I have are a 12A motor (suppose to have been running when it came out of the car), waterpump, motor mounts, old air cleaner, and street port templates (not used on the engine in the car). I'm sure there is other stuff I'm missing. No title. Also have a home built dual axle trailer no brakes. I'll take $2,000 for the car and $500 for the trailer or together $2,500. The car and trailer are located in Florence KY. Email at gcrenshaw@fuse.net if interested.
Wanted to point out that the porting templates were not used on the engine in the car. I was planning on converting this to FP solo car and use it for TT's. I bought the templates to be used on the spare engine.
Not sure how to upload pictures here, but send your email address to gcrenshaw at fuse. net and I will send them to you.
Put the pictures on a hosting site like photobucket or somewhere on your website and then use the little camera icon to insert a link to your photo.
How do the Lemons and Chump Series feel about you buying an old race car and using it for their series? It would cost you more than $1500 to put a cage, safety equipment, brakes, wheels and tires in this car so would this count as a $500 car?
In reply to Joshua:
Lie & Bribe. Crown Royal seems to work. Don't bring cheap beer. You'll still have to add the door bars to pass tech.
They will bust you for the camber plates and because it's an RX--7. Take the hit and run it.
I have not tracked it. I would guess about 3 years ago Gateway. It was use as a rental by one of the guys at what use to be RX7 Heaven in Memphis.
lemons rules are on the website and IIRC they do say that if you buy car with cage etc. you can propose an allocation of value of car <$500 versus safety equipment and judges will determine how much the car w/o equipment is worth.

I still need to sell this as I'm trying to start a business. Lowered price to $1,800 for car and trailer.

The last time I started it was in October. I drained the gas out of it for the winter. I pump the gas and turn it over every so often to keep the oil circulated.

You pay $1800 for the car and trailer combined, and then you have a $300 car and a $1500 trailer. Sounds fair to me ;)
Ok new price $1,500.00 for the car and trailer. We will be moving in a couple of months and I do not want to take the car. Email me at crenshaw.gordon@yahoo.com if interested.
I just got it started and running with a little coaxing with some gas down the carb. Managed to break the alt belt, which I will replace. It was running a little rough, but a tune up and a little cleaning it should be ready to go. The oil pressure was good.
