if anybody is interested i have a kent crossflow 1600cc complete running engine i just pulled out of my newly wrecked 1971 ford pinto

literally ran perfect, rebuilt by my dad who was a formula ford engine builder for bondurant racing school in az for nearly ten years.

the casting is the 711m block the best one complete engine including acc. has about 25000 miles on it since rebuilt and has only had mobil one 15-50 in it following the break in. head was totally redone using unleaded valves.

it was used in a daily driver car that was driven nearly everyday and never raced or track driven, and is a stock example of the mk2 cortina setup. have 4 spd rocket box minus the bell housing as well.

this engine is possibly the freshest 711m block you will find whether you're in the uk australia or the US. it has only been rebuilt once and bored a modest .040 over. please make me a offer so i can get my gf another car i know what this engine is and how rare they are to come by ,especially these castings that havent been destroyed by years of formula racing. also willing to make full or partial trades for ???

the pic is of the car that it was taken out of prior to it meeting a pole at 35mph

please pm or email direct @ turbellion@hotmail.com

Since you know what its worth, why don't you state it. let the offers come in from that. I usually pish people off when I make offers.

I can't see the pictures BTW.

I've always had a hankering to put one of these in a Spitfire.
