OK, it's time for me to stop. The addiction has overwhelmed me, and I'm ready to seek therapy. I'm clearing out virtually ALL my projects (which includes a dozen or so cool cars, and lots of parts). This car thing has always been more about the people to me than the cars, and I can love you guys all the same just shagging cones and drinking beer with you at the Challenge without a car. I'm going to focus on a half a dozen or so classic restoration cars and hot rods, but clear out most of the Challenge projects.

First on the block is a 300hp Northstar complete drive train. Hub to hub including the suspension, brakes, motor, trans, subframe, wiring harness, computer, and steering column. Soup to nuts. Hardware, all tidbits (air cleaner, radiator, alternator, etc.). Just cut out the pan of your hatchback, and start your N* SHO car!

This is the drivetrain from the Cadillac SLS that I entered in the $2006 Challenge (The Ratty Caddy). It was a bone stock car that ran deep 14's with no weight reduction whatsoever on worn out junkyard street rubber.

I'll take $500, and will consider delivery to ATL, or maybe north FL.

If you'd like a fun chassis to put it in, I'll throw in one of the prettiest rust free Yugo rollers I've ever seen for another $300. N*Yugo anyone??

I don't have time to list everything right now, but I will also be selling 4 Subies (a beautiful 5 spd SVX, an SVX parts car, a complete Justy, and a 360 shell), a 323 GTX, the Yugo from Hell, a treasure trove of Yugo parts and drivetrains, several megasquirts, a WRX motor, lots of tires, a fabulous box van, and who knows what else. Several of these cars are inches away from being ready for the 2009 Challenge. I'll get pics and data on these things soon, but feel free to ask

Everything is negotiable. The more you buy, the more negotiable I am. I'd like to sell multiple things together- I'm trying to clean up my shop quickly.

ok, how much for the 5-speed SVX?

I can't do that one Challenge priced. I've got over $8K in it (Koni/ GC's, performance clutch, lightweight flyweel, etc.), but I'd like to get $4500 for it.

If you are interested, Per, call me. I'll work with you.

I'll take some pics of that one soon and list it in the regular classifieds.

Where are you? And how much for the Justy? The GTX? And the Yugo?

I'm in Albany GA (3 hours south of ATL)

Justy- complete unmolested minor rust needs carb work $400.

GTX- complete brand new performance clutch and lightweight flywheel, strut tower reinforcement, poly suspension bushings, new shifter cables, and shifter bushings. Needs shifter cables aligned. $1500 as is, or I'll finish cleaning her up and E-bay her.

The Yugo from Hell- Pretty well known on this board. Been to the Challenge twice. Wide body box flares. Runs like a go-cart on rails. It would take me some time to do a complete write up on this one. Currently needs some minor assembly. I'd like to sell it with a lot of other Yugo/ Fiat parts as a package (including several motors, big valve heads, trannys, tire sets, etc.). I'd want to clean out my Yugo stuff if this goes. I'd make it a Challenge friendly deal, but I'd have to think through the pricing a little bit.

Hey, you were mentioning having suspension bits from a GF8 lying around. What are they, and how much do you want for them?

So are you narrowing your focus to one project, or no car related projects?

I am also interested in the 5-speed SVX. Any pics online that I can view?

Sounds like he's staying in the project car business.

I still don't think you can keep away SvRex. You have a "challenged" brain.

I need a megasquirt and a few other bits to make it work. What have you got? I'm looking for an MS-II setup because I am trying to get a COP BMW motor with VANOS to run...

We can take it offline [walter.gator@gmail.com] so as not to clutter up your for sale thread.

I'm sure you are right!

I'll keep my classic and rod projects going. I'll keep one funky Challenge worthy project going (yes, Mr. Joshua, you know which one )

This thread is getting messy. You guys are going to overwhelm me.

I'll try to get a few responses out today. Probably start a couple new threads.

Nobody interested in the N*, huh?

Also interested in a MS, though I'm not well versed in the product. I'll be trying to run fuel delivery now and eventulally spark on a Honda motor.

Thats a fantastic price on the GTX BTW, as long as it isn't badly rotted. Wish I was closer to GA

With apologies, I'm gonna hold off on trying to move little stuff like the megasquirts. I need to clear out my garage. Anyone who wants to talk about something bigger, I'll certainly consider anything small as well. Right now, I need to move bulk.

After I've moved some of the big stuff, I'll start looking harder at the little stuff.

It's gonna take me a little time to get pics. I'll try to get it done this week.

The GTX was at the 2007 Challenge (owner was then Sean Korb). The white one (not the red one). No major rust.

So say someone were to buy this, how long would he need before picking it up? I am at least 4 weeks from being able to make the trip (I will be back on the "Physically able to perform" list as of July 10).

I am very interested.

I'm interested in the the svx and maybe the gtx and the Yugo items.

In reality the SVX and the Yugo stuff since I already have a number of project cars, including my Yugo. That's a long drive for me, but I've done dumber things.

Wow, talk about deja vu!!! This is the exact same Northstar package you were going to help me get up to Michigan about a year ago, just before you went AWOL.

I'd still like to get the N* setup, but it's just too far away to get before the $2009.
