First timer, what is the parking like?  Is there a general vicinity we should congregate in?  The car isn't registered so it needs to stay on the trailer until Sat morning.  Should I plan to leave the trailer at the track until the conclusion of the event?

There’s usually plenty of room for trailers in either of the circled areas: on the little extension road out front of the hotel or in the side lot on the southern end of the property. Some people will park on the pavement at the southern side of the paved lot, too.

Blue area below is "Where the magic happens"...

If you can't tell, most of the activity will be behind the building in the lower parking lot.

I would think trailer at the track is a good idea.  You can leave it and the car there from Saturday morning through Sundays event.

If you have a trailer, circulate the building clockwise is my recommendation!

In recent years i have had luck parking the trucks and trailers in the yellow marked corner. If this has ruffled any feathers please let me know so i can stop doing it. if not, ill continue to park there if there are openings lol.

I believe the biggest etiquette rule is that if the car that is on the trailer is on fire, it should probably not be parked under the canopy in the front of the hotel for more than a couple minutes.

More cars and trailers in the magic parking lot area, the better. Theives can't steal what's boxed in!

Nope, no feathers ruffled. Basically, if it fits, it sits.

Park in the blue area or near if possible. Honestly do not remember ever having traffic jams even though it is tight. If you think the parking lot will be crowded try to imagine one rather small hot tub...

Between the red zones looks good for me to host the burnout contest i think
