And if anyone doubts it, you have the Chiropractor Reciepts to prove its yours!

You recall correctly and I see that it has patined well. Looking at your carpet I kind of wish I had put a base on it.
Well... I am dropping my trans again tomorrow...
But, I will have tunes and ac when I drive down to flo Rida in my challenge car.
Does your challenge car have a radio? GPS? Ac?
No?
Well, it's gonna suck for you when you get spanked by a car that does!
Cruise, A/C, radio? Tow vehicle yes, challenge car no. I just hope it ( the challenge car) has 4 forward gears functioning the entire event. I do think street driving is a great way to sort a car before the challenge. Maybe one year I will actually manage to do that. My main plan is to do what I do every time I have been, Have Fun!
Oh it's ON !
We have our Challenge car running and driving now!!!!!
That puts us in a better position then half the field and a 400% better position than Monzora ever was 😜

This makes me unreasonably happy!
also, I'm so glad it was just a weak battery (I also used to have those booster things we used, until the same thing happened to me - diagnosing issue, wanted to eliminate weak battery as potential cause, hooked up booster, wasted more time, still ended up being a weak battery)
Moar (friendly) trahs talk! I'm watching and supporting so feel free to talk smack on me. I never could put a car together that was honestly fast but I have LOTS of grm stickers accumulated over the decades...

I appreciate you're enthusiasm, but you seem to have posted a picture of the wrong winning car.
I've corrected that for ya:

Lots of go, for sure. Not enough turn.

I think this car cut me off in traffic the other day. It had just as many body panels attached and a bejeweled license plate holder for the expired temp tag.
Man, I have a lot to do before the challenge.
Checklist:
- give the car a bath
- pack.
How bout yall? Do you have such a huge crushing list to accomplish in the next 2.2 weeks? Or, 17 days?

Are you choosing to not shift past 3rd gear? I bet that lays down a 13.7
For reference, Datsaniti went mid-14s with a stock VQ35DE, automatic, and 2500 lbs. Roll-Ovalon is probably more similar to this Altima, with its higher powered V6, FWD, weight reduction, and it went 14.1.
I imagine the Altima with its spicey motor mods, tuned ECU, manual trans, slightly more weight and wrong wheel drive is probably low 14's to mid-13's. Plus we know Jonathan can actually drag race a stick shift. Double dog dare him to spray into the 12's

Well as i type this im in the staging lanes. No nitrous tonight as the only peice the kit didnt come with was a nozzle adapter which was 5 bucks so im waiting on that. Tonights goal is to make sure its mechanically sounds and that street tires arent a horribly wrong idea lol
