I always liked LSs. I once rented a prearl white LS V8 for a weekend, it was thirsty, but loads of fun. What do they go for these days when they're not blown up?

I would LOVE to have either one of these or a V-8 5 Series BMW.

Here's an in-progress thread of a guy swapping in a SOHC 4.6.

3-6k for similar year.....depends upon milage and condition. My mom had a v8 one and then a v6 one. Both were great chassis, just needing a better engine.

One that ain't berkeleyed up sells for 5-6K. I'm tempted to fix it, but time and space are not working in my favor.
The V6 sport model comes with a 5spd stick.... I have this crazy idea of putting a ranger drivetrain in it.
the 3.9 V8 is basically the same as a Jaguar v8, but slightly smaller. Parts are plenty on ebay and are reasonable.

If you ever get a 5sp one that you're yanking the stock drivetrain, I want the trans. The v6 5sp LS trans I'd the only one that's a bolt together solution for a 3.4L sho v8 into a rwd chassis.
Somebody just drove past my house the other day with a V8 LS with a throaty exhaust. It sounded great.
I love having a front porch.
I was just talking to a contractor about how cool these were. Love um. (Also was an awe of a 12000.00 price before I realized I read it wrong...)
A Coyote motor in one of these would be cool. GLWS!
I always liked these cars. A poor man's 5-series. And there ain't nothing wrong with the AJ V8, especially the later ones with 270-ish horsepower. I'd leave the thing alone and just drive it.
MAn, that's a sweet deal. Nice car. Trim and inch off ride height, add some more aggrssive wheels and tires and they can look really cool.

Yeah, the Lincoln LS makes a cool cruiser. This one is pretty much a blank canvas and is ready for some tasteful mods.
