hate to do it but got to make space...

1995 M-edition Merlot rolling/steering tub. 69K miles on odometer. good GA title (not signed).

Has trunk floor damage from minor rear impact but quarters were unaffected. Cafax reports the hit in 2003 otherwise clean. last reported carfax mileage was 65k

Really nice body with not a spec of rust anywhere. pristine chassis and control arms. (but does have a dent in windshield header). GA car its whole life.

I was going to reassemble, pull out the trunk floor dent (with a chain and a tree) and drive it. Plans changed.

No interior, no drivetrain, no top, no doors, no fenders, no bumper covers, etc. It is a tub with suspension and steering rack/column/wheel. (I have most parts to put it back together whole but price increases for each part you want). Also comes with Daisys/crap tires to roll on. $500 OBO.

Anybody coming north with an empty trailer?

Randy, I have a supercharged '96 that is fine but it needs to be OBDII compliant in Delaware, and limping it through inspection is giving me fits. If it was a '95 it wouldn't need to get hooked up to the computer. I'd rebody the car as a '95.

If you hit the Message button here it will get to my current email. Thanks!

It just so happens that I am leaving Orlando to pick up a trailer in Waycross, GA on Tuesday, spending the night in Atlanta, going to LS Fest in KY, then up to Pittsburgh, PA, then. CT.

Moving mom from CT to FL.

The only issue that I see is that DE is out of the way from Pitt to CT.

How are you getting from Pittsburgh to CT? I'm near Scranton and could look after it for a couple days until it could be retrieved. It would have to live outside - but it would be 2hrs from DE.

In reply to Giant Purple Snorklewacker:

I am not certain, it wasn't until today that I found the trailer that I wanted, in waycross.

My wife may have a specific path that she wants to travel. I'll ask in a few minutes.

In reply to Giant Purple Snorklewacker:

It's been years since I have traversed PA. I do recall one highway was brutal with a trailer-was like a boat ride. If at all possible, I'd like to avoid that. Which would be better? 80 or 76/78? Also, are there tolls to be concerned with? I am towing a 2 axle 24' enclosed trailer.

We do have our 1 year old riding with us, so picking up and handing off need to be in-route as much as possible.

If you are headed to CT from Western PA you are going to want to use either 276 (PA Turnpike) or I80 to I81 north and across I84 east. I prefer I80 because the tolls for the turnpike are by the axle and neither road is particularly better than the other so I go for the "free" option.

I am about 20 miles out of your way on the way to I84, right off I81 so an easy drop if you and Duke work out some arrangement betwixt yourselves. This little plan does need him to come to me and fetch it before my wife notices it and divorces me under false pretenses... so... there is that. Although... if it was to languish here... I might just use it as a locost starter kit to ease the loss of a decent woman :)

This sounds doable. I need to let the wife know ASAP if this is something that is happening.

Duke, for sake of time, email Jay at hptuners.com if you want to talk about making this happen.
