Yeah, too far for me to go fetch it but if it's not a rust bucket or a scam that is a race car waiting to happen. Running E36 for... say $650 is where you end up. Damn good starting point.

That plus a $800 E36 with good bodywork/interior and a fried engine would make a very nice car you could drive for a year then flip for $3500 or so.
You get a nice daily driver, and then you get to fund another racing effort! Possibly with the leftover E36 you now have lying around.
I know the person that is selling this car and it checks out.
