My project ADHD has kicked in again
FS: 1982 Rabbit truck. 1.7 gas with 4spd. Rusty floors and strut towers as usual. Dented and used. Runs good, has sat since 97 and was used as a plow truck since new so the 87K original miles are all hard ones. Needs brake work also... How else can I make this less appetizing?
$sold$ in Findlay, OH
I drive Rabbits and have for twelve years and they are AWESOME in the snow. This was owned and used by a VW dealership as their lot truck. I bought it from the guy who had owned the dealership and had kept this truck to plow his driveway. At some point they stopped using this, tags were expired in 97; and bought a Deere tractor. He said he preferred the truck to the tractor with a plow/blower and/or lift. It works.
I am keeping ALL of the plow stuff. It is not included.

I dunno, but it's a dangerous ad...

PHEW! That did it.
Good luck with the sale!

...just the opposite...
(Crap, it's close)
How much have you ran it or has it been sitting waiting to become more than a project?
I ran it enough to verify it runs. It has sat a long time and I don't want to run or drive it without changing fluids. It even has AC and the full vacuum system. Second one I've seen with all that crap still functional.
It would have been a project but my wife...well she said what most wives say.

Not sure if you are funny or not, but I like you anyway.
I hope someone buys it and brings it to the challenge next year, that way my (hopeful) El Camino challenge car will have a friend.
It now comes with my camper shell since a guy stopped and bought the other one but didn't want the shell...
It also comes with a drop in bedliner...I've never seen one before but here it is.
It also needs to go....
Now , need it to go away. I'm keeping the seats...
My wife seems to think her car should go in the garage, huh?
