No effing way. This sort of claim is just ridiculous and doesn't help your point, it just makes you seem arrogant. You have no idea how experienced the person you're talking to on here is. For example, I have sold actively online for 15+ years, much of it as my main source of income. I owned three retail stores and sold them a few years back. Does that make my input more valuable than yours? No. Reverse is also true.

The point I and others are trying to make is simple: if you put up a price, that's the price you should be selling for. If you don't have a price, don't put one up. That's simple, easy, and is the way it's supposed to work. Anything else and you're breaking the system, making it more difficult for everyone involved. If as a seller your intent is to make your stuff less likely to sell then do that, but it's a bonehead move.

I'm not going to force anyone to do anything and won't bother whining, I'm just going to flag the ad. If the seller doesn't want his ad flagged, he should put in a real price or leave the price field blank.
