Apparently noplace in this country stocks this size, including McMaster and Fastenal and all the usual BMW parts places. It's for a BMW M42 engine. If anyone happens to have some (10, or as many as you might have), let me know!

order them from BMW....they are not that much.

email sales@blunttech.com tell them jake sent you and ask for part 07129908199 . You will need 12 of them and the matching copper nut is 11721437202. Steve @ blunttech will get you hooked up quick

wierd, I checked blunttech with that part number before I posted this and it was listed as a special-order item. But I'll stop being lazy and shoot him an email. :)

That's a very strange size. You're sure it's M7 and not M6 or M8?

M7 is correct for the m42...m50/s50/etc engines. The intake side has the same stud size. Who knows why BMW went that route and not just a M8. Maybe space concerns around the exhaust ports and an m6 would be too small...

But yes..just email blunt. It is a direct from BMW part IIRC. I bet I have bought 50+ of those things.

Irish, I contacted my buddy that runs a foreign car only repair shop specializing in German. He can't get them, it's a dealer only item. He says ~1.00 each.
