It's the ebay/avc boostwerks kit. Looks like it's had a MAF conversion from a late 626 somehow, so there's an ecu/patch harness in play.
There's nothing controlling this thing, breakup is either from lean or from the awful spark plug wires that are on there.
For $1000, buy. Part out if necessary.
