I need two of them. One for mndsm's car because apparently it's been broken for years, and one for my car for when i remove it out of my transmission to fill said transmission, it will definitely break.
There may be other cars that work, i imagine JamesMcD will be in here with a list of 30 cars that share the part. 
Would that 5-door that I posted before at ISA have what you need? I might be there tomorrow morning.
If it's a turbo, yes. If it's not, i'm not positive.
I'm looking for the 17-442-ish assembly stuff. It attaches to the trans via a 10mm bolt, and then just has a twist collar type thing holding that bottom section into the upper speedo cable. All mechanical.
Looks like it is the same turbo and non-turbo.
Ben, You can use any G-series cable-driven speedometer drive. So there are myriad vehicles out there to pick from.
I confirmed this with actual parts I held in my hands (swapped two different G-series speedo drives into an H-series transmission).
Very nice of Mazda to make these things cross-compatible.
