The Wagonaire is infinitely better than any pedestrian Lark. 
An old guy in my town has a Wagonaire. I’ve seen him hauling big stuff to the dump with it.
I do need an excuse to use my new trailer.

The problem with these two is they’re not far from me and I want them, but have absolutely zero need or desire for more projects

This is true, too many projects not enough time. I would drive these as is with a good cleaning and tune up but I don’t have time so I’d have to pay for both services and that can get expensive quick.
