A guy I know has '67 Galaxie Fastback, three on the tree V8 (he doesn't know which one) that was his grandfather's and been sitting

in their barn for 45 years. He said the frame had rust and they have another frame for it. How hard to swap out or repair the frame?

The glass looks good and the interior does not look like a E36M3 show (based on pics) and it the body appears straight and solid...

his family is not into Fords and "he said I know Galaxies aren't worth much...." He is supposed to find out what his Mom wants for it.

What would be reasonable?

this was before I restored mine. I paid 4500 for a running driving one with zero rust. Based on the condition you describe I wouldn't pay more than 1k for it.
