Replacement computer acquired. Car is back to running on all 4 cylinders! Yay! However, in working on the wiring to determine if the hacked harness somehow caused the issue we seem to have incapacitated the FIC from data logging runs to the laptop. Not the worst thing but not ideal. Hopefully we can figure that out before Friday. We used our base tune and did a few banzai runs to watch the AFR and seem to be safe on hard pulls, so we are going to send it.
Our main issues will be traction (1 wheel) and the fact that we are using a turbo designed for an 8 cyl diesel. It comes on a little late and with all the boost! The autoX will be interesting, the drag scary. Kurt did an amazing 11th hour bit of fabrication and added a second brake MC and a custom balance bar. Brakes are much better!
