My recent Cayman autocross and hillclimber build. 2010 Cayman S with carbon ceramic brakes.
Weight is about 2275 lbs , 3.4 liter setup with headers, GT3 TB, IPD competition plenum , race gas tune, approximately 350 hp. Haven't Dyno tested motor yet. 18x11 with 295 A7 upfront and 18x12 with 335 A7 rear.
In reply to mazdeuce: lightweight fiberglass from Getty . They do an incredible job making fiberglass pieces very lightweight . Getty did the fender flares and headlight covers as well. Headlight covers are CF.
Bought doors and hatch used from somone with a black car at discount. This has been a budget build.
Wing is $375 NRG fabbed to fit the Cayman. R Toth fiberglass splitter.
Still a lot of work left. Trying to get car down to 2150 lbs. I haven't pulled AC compressor yet. Still some unneeded heat and sound insulation, most of dash is still in place, stock front trunk, still need to pin both front and rear hood and hatch. PS pump delete with electric pump conversion. Still debating on removing windshield glass for polycarbonate . Porsche windshields are usually lightweight. I have lighter suspension components to install . Perhaps CF roof as well. Not sure I if I'm going to pull stock fuel tank. It works so well with no starve issues.
Also, removing the rear bumperettes did you just add your own mesh screen? Does it help with cooling or do you just hate the way they look?

Wheels are Jongbloed Racing wheels
Elimination of bumperettes accomplished a couple things. Less weight, better cooling , looks better, less air trapped by rear bumper
