Crenshaw said:You've probably figured this out by now, but those axle bolts (and a bunch of other random hardware on a 944) are "triple square" or "cheesehead", not torx, and are obviously very easily stripped, especially if someone tries to remove them using a torx socket....
Well, that explains a lot, lol, thanks, I didn't know that.
Looks like I'm tool shopping, again.
3D printed speaker grill, made out of ABS for a test fit. If the sizing is correct then we will emboss "DRAGON" on it and print it in vinyl or some other material that will withstand the heat of the car sitting in the sun. And obviously paint it black.
I've broken an 11mm wrench, stripped a 19mm caliper bolt, and can't get the rear brake pads out. I'm pausing for tonight

Can you print a dragon silhouette into your speaker grilles?
The plan is the word dragon, but I'll see if I can get an actual dragon on there. Maybe use the circuit to make a dragon stencil
Jegs put our motor on backorder so we canceled there and went with Summit. "Should" ship as early as Monday. Chevy says if we show them a paid invoice they will send us a $350 rebate. That's enough to pay for the starter. The ECU and sensors we already got from Jegs will all still work, obviously.
Also ordered Caribou seats and sliders in the same order.

Does not look like a red door to me.
I'm embarrassed to admit it took me several weeks to get the joke.
Why'd you go with shorty headers? Kooks makes long tube headers for this specific swap and they're the bomb.
