Well, crap. 
Last night and continuing even right now, a nasty wind/rain storm that might as well have been a hurricane has been slamming the Northeast. My office was closed because there's no power there, so I've been working from home. I heard a loud bang and crash from the backyard, and... yeah.
So, this project is basically over. The roof is bent at the C-pillar and the quarter is trashed along with the trunk lid. Now I have to get it out of my own yard.

No, I was going to put it on the road in a few weeks. I actually just ordered a bunch of tune-up parts for it too.

That did cross my mind, but at this point, I'd rather cash out and move on. I can re-focus all my wrenching time on other projects.

If anyone wants to buy the whole thing for parts, I posted it up in the classifieds.
If it doesn't sell in the next few weeks, I'll just part it out and scrap the shell. I'm sure I can make my money back on it either way.
One thing I've learned with this project is that I like Saabs, especially the 9-5. I am keeping my eyes peeled for a cheap 9-5 wagon to possibly replace this.
