To get the flares mirrored from side to side you can use the technique of cutting several profiles to compare left to right. Make them from something fairly solid. Cardboard will probably be enough for this project. Mark them so that they align some non-modified body feature like hooking up and over the fender edge. Make several spaced a few inches apart so you can transfer the profile in tow directions. Kind of making an outside buck in sections to check the fit.

That's kinda what I was thinking, thanks!
I'm also open to stylistic advice. Currently thinking I'm gonna mostly eliminate the vertical flat section, down to a centimeter or so, and taper the ends much more aggressively
I think they look great so far! I had a similar vision for mine.
I'd just go buy some Ebay fiberglass flares and glass them in to the Europa body. There are all kinds of widths available for under $200.
I don't particularly like this style for the rear ....are you going to do similar to your fronts?

yeah my plan is to go to round wheel openings all around, I think it looks a lot better than the rounded rectangle that it came with. I think your second picture is what I've had in my head for the most part
I've got a while to mess with it and figure out what I want, as it won't be warm enough to fiberglass outside for a while, and since my garage space is directly under the master bedroom, I don't think my fiancee would enjoy being hotboxed with polyester resin fumes
working on the rear, probably another application of foam and a rasping. I like this, it's pretty fun
