Oh my! Why have I not seen this build before, It’s brilliant!
Lovely fabricating skills and ideas.
Keep the updates coming.
i like how you’re essentially just running the bike wiring harness.
I plan to do the same in my mini, as all the wiring is there, why try to keep any car harness! Just need to lengthen some of the wiring to get to headlights, turn signals etc
Lol-doesn't that make 2 videos in a row with a law enforcement presence? Maybe they heard rumours of an odd little car roaming the streets and wanted to check it out.

It is a whole ton....actually less than a ton...of fun!
Good test drive after the work is done...
I just watched the first drive/alignment video. Outstanding, as always.

Thanks! The bike harness was definitely the way to go! Very simple to add in the wiper motor etc. Also, the wiring from 1959 was trashed!

Thanks! I am really happy with the way it turned out.
The tiny stock radiator fan is set up to come on at 223 degress f! I had a larger fan on the shelf that fits well, so I installed it with a double throw switch for manual override.

I love this project, it is so interesting and creative. It makes me want look for a micro car to have as a toy.
