I already plan on using these on the next build but I'll see if I can grab you some on the next sale we hit.

Spacers came in yesterday so Lil Stampie and I trial fit one this morning. Looks like we didn't waste time grinding the front part of the caliper but the spacers let the wheel clear the bracket. One small win for Team Stampie.

I'll make you a bet. You swap your LS in the RX7 and get it running for the $2019 Challenge and I'll provide 4 of the Jeep wheels. You don't get it done by then I get to buy it off you for your budget.
Last year we had to last minute overnight tie rods for the driver's side cause they were horrible. That cost us $80ish in budget. The passenger side could have used replacing but we didn't discover that until it was too late. I found both sides, inner and outer, plus sway bar links for $30 on eBay. Today we removed the 10 mile tie rods and replaced tie rods both sides to gain $50ish in budget plus fixing the passenger side.
We also discovered that a 120 grit flapper wheel will take off bed liner but maybe a little too aggressive. This was about 30 seconds worth. We're going to see if we can find something finer after our BBQ lunch.
One step forward one step back. Picked up this bad boy from Home Depot.
It actually works faster than the flappy disk but doesn't harm the metal underneath. Still need to figure out something for the plastic as it eats into it pretty quick.
Next we trial fit the Lexus wheels on the rear for drag tires. Hub bore is too small. Guess we'll be looking for some Jeep or Infiniti/Nissan 17 inch wheels.
How small is too small? Ive used carbide burrs and drill mounted flap wheel to machine them out. Wheels are generally lug-centric, so after tightening hub bore is usually no issue.
It's gonna need about 1/8 of an inch taken out. I can spend 2 hours doing that or 30 minutes getting two more from the junkyard. Just a little speed bump.
Are you sitting there thinking about how it sucks there's no drags this year or are you in a junkyard like me grabbing a strut so you can handle better? Guess the Lexus wheels are a moot point now since they were our drag wheels.

I’m getting ready to autocross a lot. Purchased Jeep wheels today figured I could get two years out of them.
You still look weird without the long hair and long beard. I have nothing constructive other than that to add.

Now instead of fighting off 35 year olds I'm fighting off 25 year olds.
Grabbed the calipers all the way around. Think I'm done for the day.

I'll translate that to you were scared you'd lose our bet.

He looks like he could be JG’s brother...which actually would explain a lot.

That’s a little disturbing...
