Brett, sometimes you need to cut bait as they say. If you can get the motor running well and have another transom to hang it on that's still a win.

Part of the issue is that the boat in this thread was the 4th boat I owned.
- The aluminum Jon boat is probably where the 25 motor will go, if I can get it running.
- I'm still trying to sell the big Key West at exactly the wrong time of year.
- The jet-jon project is stalled due to lacking a motor donor/time/etc.
