Yeah its from out west. Wish I didn't put it through a winter up here.
replaced the right CV axle, the left axle seal, changed the oil and transmission fluid.
need to decide if I'm going to spend some money on the suspension or cobble together with what I've got.
spend money = Tein coilovers
cobble = make my own top hats, find my best four struts and cut perches off and put it back together 1" lower with that
also, do i want to put my loud exhaust on?
Very nice! I've always been a fan of slipstreams. I say put on the loud exhaust, the few extra horsepower is always nice. And you can get a silencer that plugs into the muffler tip and makes it a lot quieter for about $15 on eBay.

I think that may work on the trunk but I think the roof and hood may be beyond that?

This is going to make me seem old but I leave for work early and:
1. I don't know if I want to hear that before coffee.
2. I don't want to wake my toddler and wife up.
3. None of my neighbors hate me yet.
My truck is pretty loud though so... I'll think on it.

No. The hx has forever long gears. That's so much droning. I'm in my mid 30s and I'm too old for that.
Totally understand about keeping it quiet. Sometimes it's nice to have a bit of peace. I'm also tossing around the idea of a swap.

Do it. B18 is great in these cars.
Where in Maine are you? I just tried to have a friend sell a really clean old civic. I could not get any auto crossers to buy it. It def needed a new clutch and general maintenance, but it was so clean underneath, you wouldn't believe it ever lived in New England.
