If it actually runs, that's a really good price. Wouldn't be too difficult to clean it up. Although, I'm a little concerned I'm on a government list just after clicking on the link.

Is the hood likely to increase to decrease the concourse score? I haven't been to a Challenge yet so I can't tell.

Maybe if you told the judges you haggled a steep discount on the car based on the hood?
Looks like similar wraps sell for about $150. I'd try to trade it for 75$ and a replacement hood-hopefully before I had to park it at my house.
