Several racecars were maintained and built in it's garage! Only 20 minutes from Michigan International Speedway, and less than 3 hours from several major road courses and other racetracks!

Sure! I'll deliver you to it! (Just you and a couple people, no furniture, though)

Now this is how you sell a house.... recently we were looking @ houses and I put "shop" in to zillow, and 90% + of the listings didn't even have a single photo of the garage/shop space...
congrats on showing the space... and good luck

I busted my a$$ cleaning the place up. You don't realize how much stuff you have until you have to move. 4 trips to the scrap yard (about $200 in scrap though!), 3 trips to the dump, 3 trips to Goodwill of stuff I don't need due to combining households or future projects that would never get done. I still have about a 1.5car size garage bay full of stuff at a friend's shop (including the Miata and trailer), and a wall of stuff at the Fiance's garage at her condo, and I took over her den. I've still got some purging to do.
The pics were done by the realtor (Gearhead Homes, btw), and they use a professional photographer. They did a good job.
Oh yeah, Deadskunk also came and grabbed a bunch of scrap too.
Gearhead always has the coolest homes posted up on their page. Glad to see it worked out so well for you.
How is Adrian these days? I haven't been there in years. Used to always stop into the big Mom and Pop parts store there (the name escapes me). Last I heard, it was closed? I know the Advance there is one of the busiest in the country, that might have something to do with it.
My dad used to work for Myer's Tire Supply, selling wheel weights, tire balancers, lifts, etc. I always loved that part of the state.

Retired and mows his lawn EVERY berkeleyING DAY! He hated me. For the last year I've had my lawn treated and it has helped a lot.
