I really like those but the MI. Part concerns me. How rusty do you think those quarter panels are under that primer?

extremely iffy new gas tank may mean the old one is shot complete sentences leave for some speculation sounds like he has a drivetrain and interior for it pics of spring mounts would help just needs finishing

I think the question could be better answered by saying "what quarter panels?"
The spring mounts and quarter panels are the issue on the F, M, and J bodies; the front frame rails are. They rot out bad at the area under the toe boards.
Additionally, used replacement grilles are nearly the price of 2nd gen Charger grilles. And will probably disintegrate a couple years after you bolt one on to your car. I have no idea what abomination of broken grille and oven rack is going on here, but it isn't factory.
