I saw two of these on the road earlier this week, one was a very early 70's and one was one of the last built. Both on the road, I saw then on the same day. Yesterday had the same scenario with two 944s, it's that time of year when everyone gets them out for one last drive.

I’ve driven one 944. O.K. car, but for a few dollars more 928’s were avail. Bout 03 or so. I figure if a porch is gonna have the engine on the wrong end, ya oughta get the higher end one!

Damn. Those early cars are my favorite. Despite all the attention the later 32 valve S, S2 and S4 cars get I think these early cars look far better.
