They aren't that rare. You can find them on the major JDM sites regularly. I even saw a few in Denver recently. It's one of those cars that don't blend in.
That is somehow cooler than a lot of the Sporty Kei cars. Imagine how much fun that would be circa 100hp with a manual and lsd for autocross.
That guy is a small-volume dealer - he regularly lists Paos (all autos, sadly) and some of those comically tiny Japanese 4x4 work trucks.
The Pao is based on the Nissan March (Micra in Canada) and Rock Auto does list Micra parts.
