I really want this, but I'm about to drop some money on one project, and then there's the other project, and then the third one... Dammit.

That's a cool looking car but boy, I bet that is a hard car to own.  It looks to be absolutely mint.  Where does one go for parts?  I'd bee too scared to use it or drive it for fear of damage.  Where would you go to replace a cracked tail light lens or get a wheel center cap?

Interesting, X117 wiki page says it was made from 1968-1981 and the was replaced by the Piazza (Isuzu Impluse), another good looking car.  Meanwhile, in the US, for the 1976 model year we got the car officially named, Buick Opel buy Isuzu.

I used to see quite few of the Isuzus that were diesel.

Jeez, I saw a fairly new Isuzu this weekend, and I was surprised enough to take a picture of that!

This was Isuzu's halo car at the time, and the production numbers are very small. It was rare in Japan when it was new.

Honestly given how good it looks and how rare it likely is, I am surprised the price is so "reasonable"..
