Mustang II Facebook in Pa

And I don't care what anyone says, I like these.  One of these could be fun in CAM as long as you are there for fun and not world domination.

Not just a Mustang II but a Mustang II Cobra.

I had an r/c one as a kid.

I think the styling has grown on me.

I also can't hear "Mustang II" without thinking "Mustang II, Electric Boogaloo"

In reply to Colin Wood :

I think it’s an attractive car as well. IIRC, the engine bay is on the narrow side.

These were built with 302's in some versions.  That one has the V8 badging.  I had a 2.8l V6 Mach 1 as my first car.

I had two of these with the 302, 4 speed.  Both 78s, a Mach 1 and a King Cobra.  Loved them both but the Mach 1 was a very nice example.

Always felt they built similar then it never evolved and the '79 was awesome and different.  Maybe Ford had a future SVO Capri/MII on there hands?

I keep thinking about getting one of these and would love it to look like that one. Surprised it looks so close in height to the Fiero beside it.

My buddy had one for a few years after high school. Just before he sold it, he found out it was a fake.

Never thought I see that number attached to a Mustang II.
