Gotta love the description - "I have a nitrous kit that goes with it that's not installed. It's absolutely terrifying and I will not be driving it again."
Pay the $1000 it's worth - All she needs is a body.... GRM Challenge Done.

"the hard part is done" does not really mate up well with "It is absolutely terrifying and I won't drive it again".
I wonder how much things would improve by relocating the fuel tank away from the highest point on the vehicle, playing with rear spring rates, lots of testing on different alignment settings, and more rear tire. Or possibly less rear tire so break-away is more progressive. Who can say?

They made creative decisions in the design steps, obviously, and I wonder what other magic awaits the purchaser.

Link to the ad is missing. How is Stampie going to follow thru with a bad decision without it?
Reminds me of why we abandoned the rear engined Morris Minor project; Somewhere along the line the light-bulb came on that someone was going to die.
Not that I encourage such behavior, but it's about two hours due south of me. I do not have a truck or a trailer, or a valid helmet. I have to imagine that thing is TERRIFYING on the highway, even with functional brakes.
But if it showed up at my house I probably wouldn't get super mad and might let it hang out for a bit.

If I could get it for a grand, I do have evil plans for it. It would get me on A TON of trouble with the Financial Manager, but worth it!!!
Would fill some of my long term plans, so very well.
Didn't all TH425 have the BOP bolt pattern? So this is using an adapter. So any BOP motor would bolt up. What downsized motor and stock converter do you recommend.
Or with the adapter what SBC patterned engine? Extend the A-arms by 12-18 inches for more travel and width greater than length for even more ridiculous look.

You are not the only one. If you could je ... talk them down to 2k, the sky's the limit. Even if you did nothing to it, you would get substantial early April notoriety in the Gainsville FL area. Charging 20 bucks for a lap of the AX course would defray much of the cost.

I'm thinking $20 a ride, stick a hot shoe in it- anyone that doesn't piss themselves gets the pot.

Even fire Buick 231...
happen to have one, and an extra aluminum 4bbl intake. And a carb, that is only a little to big for a stock engine
And Just like that she is back for sale as a Roller for $1500.
I'm sure they will take less. Someone do something cool with this!
Someone bought it for the engine and is dumping the carcass. I'd lowball the E36 M3 out of this guy.
