I'm curious as to why they didn't switch out the waterpump pulley.  Just about every Climax I've seen has the stock firepump steel pulley swapped for an aluminum one.   I think I bought one from Mike Brotherwood when I was building the Climax for my Eleven rep, and recently I bought another one for my FWB project from Glyn at Climax-Engines / Peacock Engineering.
