$2014 Challenge

I know, I know we don't even have the $2013 Challenge event even finished yet, but we are looking towards the $2014 event and ways to make it better. We have some direction on which way to go with it, but would like to hear from a select few that have been attending this event for a long time.

That said, David and I would like to have a brief meeting with you to talk over some plans and scheduling for the $2014 Challenge. There will be a sign up sheet with a day, time and location (probably sometime Saturday afternoon at the covered area) at our merchandise tent.

Cool. We're thinking Saturday after lunch--kinda like the Town Hall meetings held by the SCCA at the Solo Nationals. Well, maybe not with a tent and stuff, but we have some ideas we'd like to discuss with you guys.

Sadly I wont be there, I am known for having a great deal of terrible ideas.

Id love to do a tie in with a banger rally which ends at the challenge....you know where to find me ;) Nothing like a 1200 mile shake down cruise to get the juices flowing.

Sort of a rusty, smokey version of the power tour. AWESOME!

getting challenge cars off the trailers on onto the road sounds like a really good idea to me.

Easy enough to develop a route that goes through the Tail of the Dragon on the way there. 3 or 4 day event leading up to the challenge? What say you GRM? We could work something out :)
