I DVR'd it and I'm almost 2 hours into it. Some good battles so far, the speeds they're getting this year are nutty. They mentioned possibly hitting 230 mph at Le Mans this year? Wild.
It was a great battle amongst 3 very strong teams for LMP1. It will be fun when the FWD Nissan joins the fray.
When the stop and go penalty was issued to the #7 Audi, I was a little surprised. Hats off to Leena Gade for calling a great race and orchestrating the stop and go in fantastic fashion.
It's going to be a great season.
Was there ever a pass for the lead on track? I tried watching the whole thing, but kept falling asleep. Mostly due to F1's race time.
Looked like about 20k people at the race watching it.
