Why hasn't there been much fan fare about this car? The old nsx knocked out socks off. This is like "oh, yeah! I forgot this even existed!"

Because it will do next to nothing on the track even with Penske

Because it's still slower than the FIA cars and not one pays much attention to IMSA prototype racing compare to the GT cars?

I'm happy to see more "prototypes" as the field has dwindled to a rather meager car count, but wish they were more prototypic.

I remember the last stab The Captain had at DP's with Verizon liveried cars, don't think he even completed a whole season.
