I was getting ready to make up a couple of adjustable upper arms for the rear end on my TR8, and it dawned on me that these would come in handy for many of the guys on this forum. The link shows urethane bushed rod ends which are a lot softer than the traditional steel radius rods. Great for road going cars, where you want the ability to adjust the pinion angle. They come in handy if you lower the car or install a different rear end. http://www.suicidedoors.com/catalog/4-link-parts/4-link-bushings

I'm using a similar thing from Mr Roadster on my MG project. Less expensive, but only available in one size. The Mr Roadster ones use a fairly stiff bushing, it seems more like a nylon than polyurethane.

Yup, a great idea. On my Corolla which is sometimes street driven I have this type of end combined with a heim joint at the other end for a bit of NVH insulation with less slop than stock, and the ability to adjust pinion angle:

It isn't a setup I would recommend for everyone, but for the type of crowd who already has things like rollbar w/ fixed-back race seats, lexan windows, or no carpet in their street-driven cars it works quite well.
