This is a stupid question, but if I remove the airbag and sensors will I need to loop anything or just simply unplug and play? By the way, it's a '90 Miata.

well, if you don't do anything else then the airbag light will be on. If you are fine with that, then you're done. If you want the light to be off, then you will need to do more. miata.net/garage for plenty of info.
Some would also say that seatbelts in airbag cars are designed to be used in conjunction with airbags (there is more stretch engineered in planning for you to be met by a big soft fluffy pillow)
I deleted both the airbag and stock seat belts in my 90 Miata. The light got annoying so I pulled the bulb thinking I was being smart. Unfortunately, now I have to deal with the buzzer when I start the car! I haven't gotten around to the buzzer delete ala miata.net. I also was able to pull all the airbag firing sensors which isn't a lot of weight, but did clean up the wiring underhood.
The Miata seatbelt stretch is designed into the belt. There is an overlapped section stitched together and covered with cloth down by the base. I cut the stitches to make it a straight belt.
I can say for a Chevy S-10, the airbag computer wants to see 2 ohms resistance when it does it's start up check. I got a couple Radio Shack 1 ohm resistors and put them in series for 2 ohms total and installed them as a sort of jumper wire on the air bag connector at the bottom of my steering column. When I start up, the air bag light does it's blinky thing and then goes out like normal.
Maybe you could try something similar.
With my 91 Miata, I had to jumper the airbag terminal with three 10 ohm resistors in parallel (for a 3.3 ohm total). Light comes on at startup and then shuts off as normal. Didn't remove the computer or sensors yet though.
I'm planning an airbag delete (driver and passenger, want to put mounts for a rally computer or other equipment on the passenger side of the dash and doubt that being punched in the face by said mounts when the passenger airbag deployed would feel good) on my Miata, and I've heard that if you remove the airbags, you have to remove every trace of the system or it's not legal, although I don't know if that's just for Virginia or not. still, for all practical purposes, resistors on the former airbag plug and possibly the seat sensor (so I can run my 6 point harness without the car making all kinds of irritating noise at me) should be adequate and a LOT easier than taking wiring out, even though it would save a pound or three
