This looks fun

Yeah, according to the site, the only thing that isn't included is you bringing your own vehicles. Which they charge extra for, I'm guessing because of liability insurance, and you have to contact them to get special approval to do so.
Damnnnnnn.
Make it a different architectural style and replace the tennis court with a hockey rink (inline for summer, flood it in winter) and that is my dream property.

That was my first thought when I heard Little Talladega.
That is pretty cool. And $200/person for two nights (assuming full occupancy) seems reasonable. And for east-coast mtn bikers, this would be an easy stop to/from the Bentonville trails.
Just needs some tire walls around the house incase I come in a little too hot.......
Very cool indeed

This was my first thought. I may have just put the house somewhere else. Cool nevertheless.
So, when do we want to plan a group retreat? This looks like an easy sell to the wife and kiddo...
Seriously, let's just avoid the colder months and I am in.
Looks like there is also a baseball diamond, which is pretty cool.

Luckily, being in southern Missouri, it doesn't get that cold. Even January has an average high of 45 Freedom units.
In reply to mtn :
Good to know, I have only ever been to the northern part of MO. I just remember my years in Chicago as the coldest of my life and wrongfully assumed it must be somewhat similar...
The pool is the best way for the wife and daughter to leave me alone to do my usual stupid E36 M3!

Yeah, I should learn to check facts before I open my mouth... maybe someday. I have never been south of St. Louis so I stand corrected.
Still, if I manage to meet any locals I prefer them in bikinis versus parkas!
If you're looking for pool weather... Yeah, I'd try to limit it to May-September.
I'd personally be more worried about it being too hot, but then I hate the heat.
In reply to mtn :
Good advice, thanks. May would be the perfect time of year since too hot wouldn't be as much fun, either.
