Having driven everything from road race prepared RX7's to CSP winning Miata on the street. DD merely is a state of mind. I have no doubt that I could drive the Elise daily so long as I planned ahead on my wardrobe(there are certain clothes and shoes that are difficult to wear and clear the side pod or the narrow pedals). Part of the reason that I decided not to buy the Porsche was the lack of reliable AC in the era of car that interested me. The Lotus provided me with performance and amenities.
