Better yet is a crank shaft under drive pulley. Slows every thing down. Might even a add a little power.

One thing I definitely don't want to slow down is my PS pump, the assist ramps up greatly over 3krpm. If I were to change the system to EHPS then a bigger crank pulley might work.
While I don't yet have experience(I didn't put it together...)... the TRD built ITA racecar I bought a few years ago uses Nevo pulleys. It also has a extremely limited cooling system(no heater)
